Delivery times during festive and sale seasons

During festive and promotional seasons, order preparation processes may take up to 5 working days before orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.


Delivery Terms & Conditions:

* FILA UK guarantees that orders will be dispatched in time to be delivered within the delivery times stated above unless clearly communicated otherwise. However, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery within the timescales where circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, prevent the postal service or relevant carrier from being able to make the delivery.

On rare occasions, delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand. This will be clearly stated at the top of this page and on the basket page when this is the case, giving an indication of the delay.

How much does delivery cost?

UK:
Delivery is FREE if you spend £50 or more on your order. For orders under £50, delivery charges are dependent on your location. Please see the delivery table at the top of the page.

EU:
£10 on orders up to £130. If your basket is of higher value, please place multiple orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Where do you ship to?

We currently deliver to the UK and Ireland Please see the table at the top of this page for full details.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any other country outside of the UK and Ireland - including Channel Islands. If you want to purchase a FILA item for delivery outside of these countries, we would suggest searching online for international FILA retailers.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

DPD deliver all UK orders. These are tracked deliveries and must be signed for on receipt.

DHL deliver all Ireland orders. These are tracked deliveries and must be signed for on receipt.

Can my order be delivered to someone else or to a different address?

Yes. On our checkout page, you will have the option to enter an alternative shipping address and billing address.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from DPD with a tracking number.

What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

DPD require all parcels to be signed for. If no-one is available to sign for your parcel, a card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery or collect your order from a local depot.

After two unsuccessful deliveries, your item(s) will be returned to us and we will refund the cost of the items, but not the cost of delivery. Should you still wish to receive your items, you will need to place a new order.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, we would first advise you to check the delivery status by tracking your DPD parcel number (this would have been sent to you when the order was dispatched).

Following this, you should contact DPD customer services on 0121 275 0500 and raise a claim. Please do this within 7 days of placing your order.

If DPD are unable to resolve the matter, please email support@fila.co.uk for further assistance. You must include your name, order number and DPD claim number in the email along with as much detail as possible.
